Pernell Bush is a Central Florida native born and raised in Sanford , FL . After his two-tours of duty in the U . S Marines as an infantry Rifleman ( 0311 ). Pernell return to Central Florida to focus on his younger siblings and his education . Pernell went on to earn a Master ’ s in Social Work ( MSW ) from University of Central Florida . Pernell is currently a practicing mental health therapist and the President / CEO No Limit Health and Education . Pernell is involved with various community and charitable organization such as Leadership Seminole , New Leaders Council-Orlando , AMIKids and UNICEF-Orlando . Pernell enjoys weight lifting , writing , and spending time with family & friends .
DR . ROLLAN ROBERTS II
DIRECTOR OF NEW MARKETS
Dr . Roberts is an internationally-renowned , best-selling author , CEO and TV personality recognized as the “ Top 100 Most Influential Floridians ” of 2015 . He has led several global , high growth companies ( including serving as CEO of the hoverboard company – the single hottest global consumer product of 2015 ) and has a record of creating some of the fastest growing companies in America . In addition to being a private pilot and his love of horses , he holds a Doctorate degree in International Business and Entrepreneurship , holds two patents , and founded a nonprofit crisis management organization .
NICK MCCARTHY
DIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT Nick was born and raised in Orlando , FL . He spent 10 years in Tallahassee , part as a college student attending Florida State University and part as a young professional . He started his education in the School of Business before ultimately obtaining a BA in Sociology . His professional career has consisted of management in various restaurants and bars , marketing with Fox and CW stations . He holds a current Real Estate license and has branched out to Finance . As a Financial Adviser , Nick ’ s goal is to teach the art of wealth building .
JARED MANNINO
DIRECTOR OF CHARITIES
Jared Mannino is from Long Island , New York . He moved to Orlando , Florida in the summer of 2013 . He received his Bachelors of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and is currently pursuing his Masters of Science in Interdisciplinary Engineering with a concentration in Aerospace Engineering from Purdue University ’ s Professional Education Program . Since moving to Orlando , Jared has worked as a Systems Engineer at Lockheed Martin performing different technical roles on various government programs . He currently trains in martial arts and loves to be outdoors whenever possible , preferably in his kayak or on the beach .
