WHO WEARS THE TIES? STEVE MELCO CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD Steve received his B.S. degree in Building Construction from the University of Florida. He is a Pre-Construction Manager for WELBRO Building Corporation, with major project types including hospitality, education, office, retail and special-use facilities. Steve enjoys surfing, fishing, reading, cooking, traveling and the University of Flroida athletics. He has contributed to various charitable organizations such as BASE Camp, Harbor House and Junior Achievement and is the Guys with Ties liaison for the annual Princess Ball, which benefits Florida Hospital and is hosted by the A. Jones Family Foundation.  He’s currently the Chairmen of the Board for the Guys with Ties Board of Director’s. JEREMY SISSON PRESIDENT Jeremy Sisson was born and raised in Kansas.  After graduating from college with his Bachelor’s in Business Management & Marketing, he moved to the Central Florida area in 2001.  In 2016, he completed the MBA program at the University of Central Florida.  His entire career has been spent in the mortgage, residential and commercial real estate industries and has been party to thousands of transactions over the years.  He is currently the CEO of the E Group of Companies, which oversees four separate companies and brokerages that specialize in commercial real estate, residential real estate, commercial real estate investing and transaction management coordination.  When not working he enjoys spending time with his family, friends and reading about history, economics, military and politics. RYAN RAPOLTI VICE PRESIDENT Ryan is a Central Florida native who grew up in the Daytona Beach area before making his way over to Orlando. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from Stetson University and continued his graduate education at the University of Central Florida, where he received his MBA.  A UCF 30 under 30 award winner, Ryan is currently the President of Magic Telecom an Orlando-based Telecom company.  He loves giving back to the community and has passion for programs focusing on youth and athletics. DACK VAUGHT TREASURER Dack Vaught was born in Seattle, WA and moved to Florida in 1st grade. He graduated from the University of Florida in 1997 with a degree in Building Construction Management.  Since graduation, Dack has completed several large construction projects around the State of Florida including High Rise Condos in Fort Lauderdale, Marco Island, and Naples.  Recently he managed the construction of the Lime Garage at Disney Springs serving as the Senior Project Manager for DPR Construction. ROY MAYNARD SECRETARY Roy Maynard began his career in the mortgage and real estate industries while a junior at Florida A&M University. Despite his high level of professional activity during college he still graduated on time with his Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration and a minor in Economics. He returned to Orlando in 2007 where he continued his mortgage broker career fulltime. He had a dream of building a legacy in his hometown and set out to utilize the large number of business and personal connections he had made growing up in Orlando.  He is now the Vice President of Evan James & Associates, a commercial real estate brokerage, located in Orlando. BRAD COMBES DIRECTOR Brad Combes received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management in 2003 and Masters of Business Administration in 2005 from Berry College in Rome, Georgia. Following a brief stint of coaching volleyball after graduation, Brad was recruited into the Financial Services industry by Northwestern Mutual in July of 2006.  He was named New Financial Representative of the Year in 2007, and also received the Bronze, Silver and Gold awards while at Northwestern Mutual.  Brad joined Levin Financial Group in March of 2012 to lead and manage the growing Orlando market. After building an office from scratch to over twenty financial representatives, Brad formed a new partnership with a colleague at Principal Financial Group in 2016 to focus on personal production.
